By accessing and using Olfyne ("the Service"), operated by Olfyne Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Olfyne provides a creative workspace for perfumers, including formula creation tools, algorithm-based generation, regulatory compliance checking (powered by ScentShield), and educational resources. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
Formulas you create remain your intellectual property. By using the Service, you grant Olfyne a limited licence to process your data for the purposes of providing the Service. Olfyne's software, design, and branding are proprietary.
5. Regulatory Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Regulatory compliance information provided by Olfyne and ScentShield is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. All formulas must be reviewed and approved by a qualified Safety Assessor before manufacture, sale, or distribution. Olfyne is not liable for regulatory non-compliance of any product formulated using the Service.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are at our discretion. Free trials automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled.
7. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard encryption and do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olfyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
